It is correctly reflecting in console.zerodha.com and Kite - Zerodha's fast and elegant flagship trading platform → Add Funds,

but showing the old account in Kite - Zerodha's fast and elegant flagship trading platform

Looks like a there is a BUGg on mobile.

The data on your console panel is what matters.
