Yes, It can be created, Using Streak and Kiteconnect also.
I will make a demo of it and post the same.

Yes, this is absolutely possible in Streak.

I have created the Scanner for the requested conditions, all you have to do is click on the link and copy the scanner using the “Copy” button.
