Is VWAP reliable indicator to purchase or sell option ?
For example nifty 10300 put for July expiration premium price is 37.80 and VWAP is 42.68 Rs.
and another example
Nifty call 10600 … premium is 187.60 Rs. but VWAP is 177.67 Rs.
So what does this difference between VWAP and spot price indicates?
when spot price is less than VWAP is it a good price to buy and when spot is more …is it good price to sell?
