Is ZFH losing money on Goldcase ETF?

Is ZFH losing money on Goldcase ETF?

I ask this because its ER is .31 which is the cheapest in the segment with GOLDBEES most expensive at .8.

So is the idea here to get traction with low fees while making a loss and then increase it later?

Or is it that when you have a large inventory of gold you gotta pay extra…thus zerodha is fine with .31?

Hey, the idea here is to ensure that we launch products which are not only cost-effective for investors but also make business sense for ZFH at the same time ensuring a stable TER for investors over a long-term.

It goes without saying that the cost structure of running a scheme itself tends to become more efficient at scale and we have factored this while deciding the TER.
