Issue Connecting Zerodha Kite MCP with Claude

Sir,

I copied and pasted the MCP link into Claude by going to Settings → Connectors → Add Custom Connector and adding the following link:

https://mcp.kite.trade/mcp

After that, I asked Claude to log in to Zerodha Kite. It asked me for the password and app key, and I was successfully logged in.

On the first day, it connected properly with Zerodha Kite and responded well. However, from the next day onward, it was not able to connect, even though I was successfully logged in. It is showing that the problem is from the Zerodha account side.

Earlier, Zerodha Kite could be connected with Claude through the Developer section, but that option now seems to have been removed from Claude, as there is no Developer tab available. Now, the connection has to be made through the Connectors section in Settings.

Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

There is no issue with Kite MCP; it works fine with Claude. Please raise a support ticket with complete issue details to assist you further.

Sadly enough but I have this same exact issue with Claude and Kite MCP. I been trying to connect to Kite MCP but to no avail at all.

We have verified this on our end, and the Kite MCP is working as expected with Claude.

To help us investigate your issue further, please raise a support ticket with the complete error details, including the steps to reproduce the issue, any error messages, and relevant logs or screenshots.

Still not able to connect it with Claude again and again it’s showing error messages I almost tried 100 times attaching you the screenshot for the better understanding

Same Issue here, The MCP itself is working but the authentication flow is not through, the LLM generates the login URL , after logging in it’s still shows that it was not authenticated. Platform: Claude web, Chatgpt web. Is this a issue with MCP’s authentication flow or the MCP only works with local applications like Claude desktop and so?
