I am salaried with income from Intraday trading only in equity segment (no trading in FNO)
Can I file under ITR-3?

Yes, if you have a salary (the amount paid by the employer to the employee) and income from trading in intraday (as well as F&O), you can file ITR-3.

Yes, you should file ITR 3 as Intraday, and FnO trading is considered speculative & non-speculative business income.
