Bcz after September 2021 Traders have to pay full Span+Exposure margin to initiate trade in Fut and that time Equity cash segment can still allow to provide upto 5x leverage
So is this scenario possible after
September 2021… ??

Maybe or may not, time should say.
full time f&o traders who have ample capital will not shift to equity but small traders with limited capital for whom leverage was opportunity to get exposure in f&o segment will surely shift towards equity segment…
yes no other option ,but i think decision will be reversed after fall in tax collection
