Which are some good Proprietory Trading Firms in India and how to get job there?

I am pretty good at technical analysis and learning more about it and I am confident about my skills. I want to use my skills to make higher profits and I think doing job in Prop Trading Firm is the right place for me.
Please guide me on how can I get job in Prop Trading Firm?
