Some times it is so irritating that Kite doesn’t work properly, hangs a lot. Some days ago the stock reached my expected price and I tried to book an sale order but Kite was not letting me to finish, it was displaying unknown error, that day I could only able to book with loss. later on this issue I called to Zerodha to trade on phone, but I didn’t get any help because server was not working in Zerodha office. And another frequent issue is need to login multiple times to get inside and while placing order it will role back to home login screen. After multiple attempts it will let inside, and one important thing is sometimes stop loss order will execute as sale order, it is really annoying.
Nithin, I request you that, if you charge another 5 rupees also not a problem, but don’t leave us in such situation, as I trade with hard earned money and I don’t expect to be in loss from such technical issues.
Hoping that you will take the issues seriously, and don’t let your customers to get loss from such issues.
