I trade mostly from desktop.
To log into kite web, have to insert APP CODE from KITE MOBILE APP(for that have to keep the phone in hand while logging into kite web) First log into Mobile app ,then insert the app code from the mobile app to kite web. This is time consuming.
Sometimes phone’s battery is dead, can’t login to kite web.

But you have to do this once in a day isnt it? And also instead of using KITE APP CODE. U can setup some other auth which wont need another login
On Kite web, you can request for OTP via SMS/Email by clicking on “Problem with Mobile App Code?”.
However, if you do not wish to use App Code, you can also enable TOTP using external apps, like Authy, Google/Microsoft Authenticator, etc. Some of these apps can be used on your desktop/laptop as well.
