I have 21 shares of L&T purchased at Rs.1390, I am waiting for the buyback for selling all of them.
Today, due to good quarterly result of L&T the share price has finally came very close (~Rs.1370) to my buy price and I am thinking of selling them at this price and book a small loss, this is in contrast to the average price of L&T of Rs. 1250 in the past 2 months, in which case I had to book bigger losses.
Please suggest if I should sell them at Rs. 1370 or wait for the buyback offer? What will be the approx. acceptance ratio of the buyback so that I can partly sell now and partly sell through buyback?
