Since yesterday facing issues in loading saved Chart Layouts… The load chart layout screen pops-up as expected but unable to click on any of the saved ones… Very strange as I have never experienced this in the past…
Anyone else facing this issue?
No. Just checked, Layouts working fine. Did you change browsers?
No change in browser… I think what is happening is if the Chrome window is not maximised and is reduced in width to occupy a desired portion of the screen width (like let’s say 60%) then the load layout option doesn’t work but if I maximise the chrome window it starts working…
Then I tested a bit and observed that if I go back to my desired 60% it stops working and if I increase the width beyond 60% to let’s say 70% then it starts working again… this 60% and 70% are approx numbers but this is something to do with the scaling /width of the window so something that @ShubhS9 and team should look into once to rectify…
Just got hit by this after I cleared site cookies & cache as the charts weren’t updating properly. IIUC, the one saved as default layout in Kite TV persists but not other layouts.
But ChartIQ supports saving multiple layouts to the cloud?
