Liquidbees cash equivalent sure?

I also enquired with the other brokers ,.
They say :
Liquidbees are considered 100 % cash equivalent after the 10% haircut .
BUT :
while taking any intraday position with that amount ; there should be 50% equal and equivalent amout in the cash margin too !!!

Is this true ??

its 100% cash equivalent no need to maintain 50 % cash ,
after 10% of haircut you can use 90% of fund to do intraday and carry forward in Future and option segment

Even though there is nil balance in the cash margin available; one can take the intraday positions with the pledged amout of the liquidbees only !!!
