We’ve been seeing some queries around people wanting to invest passively. Here’s a comprehensive list of all passive mutual funds and exchanged traded funds categorized according to the index type/category.
I have also included smart beta mutual funds and smart beta ETFs, although they are more hybrid in nature. But since they track a rules based index, they do have passive characteristics.

If an expense ratio is missing for a fund/ETF, that means that it is newly launched and the AMC is yet to define an expense ratio. However, the AMC would have disclosed an expense ratio range in the scheme information document and it would fall within that.
When choosing an index fund or an ETF, tracking error is the most important metric. What a tracking error shows is how closely a fund tracks the underlying benchmark. It should be as low as possible.
