Long Position In Penny Stocks for 1-5-10 Years

Hi ,
I am few questions.

1. How to find best penny stocks ?
2. Is it good to buy penny stocks whose trading price is like under 10 INR , holding for long duration for 5-10 years?
3. In Money Control website, for every stock , money control show response as BUY/SELL/HOLD . For beginners who don’t know about fundamental / Technical analysis , who can follow that sign and then HOLD or BUY for long terms?
4. Please provide some guidelines about PENNY STOCKS sometime also so called MULTI BAGGERS…

Make a list of penny stocks and Filter further by where Mutulal Funds and Hedge Funds have invested or starting to invest.

Most of them are Garbage, but there will be a few that will rise up when institutional funds start flowing in. Separating the Wheat from the chaff is not going to be easy.
