Lost share certificate

My father had physical share certificate of NCL ALLTEK & SECCOLOR Ltd & Balasore Alloys Limited. He found out it was missing only when dividend of these companies came last month.

I have emailed the company about the scenario but there is no reply. Can any one tell me the procedure to obtain duplicate certificate?

You need to connect with the registrar of shares for the particular company. A simple google search will do.

Undertaking in lieu of FIR
Indemnity Bond
Address proofs & ID Proofs

Still waiting for reply from balasore alloys.

I have lost my physical share, have dividend receipt with folio no, Trying to reach Kfintech as well as reliance industries retail investors mail id but haven’t received a reply.
