How to find stocks were ADX is low for a certain period i.e. ADX is lower than both +DI and -DI continuously in the past.

The scanner will generate results when the ADX is lower than both +DI and -DI in the previous 10 candles i.e. the highest value of ADX in the previous 10 candles is lower than the lowest values of both +DI and -DI.
