I have two banks linked to my zerodha account, Primary - IDFC First Bank and secondary (ICICI). Whenever I want to buy mutual funds I only get the option to make payment via IDFC First bank. How can i make the payment via ICICI bank when buying mutual funds without changing the primary bank?
Hi, @Akshat_M as of now for UPI and Net banking transactions we provide only a Primary bank account to complete the payments. Allowing the secondary bank account is on our to-do list and shall be allowed soon for these payment methods.
Alternatively, if you want to complete any payment from your secondary bank account, you can select the payment mechanism as NEFT/ RTGS. Once you select the same and place an order you can transfer the funds to the bank account that shows up in the NEFT details bar on the coin app/ web. Refer to the article below to understand more.
