I want to change my bank account linked to zerodha. Since i have mandates set for my SIPs on my existing bank account, I’m worried about what would happen to my SIPs on changing my bank account, whether the DIPs won’t get auto debited? Would the mandate get transferred or do i need to set fresh bank mandate? Or even worse, the money getting debited from my previous bank and not getting credited to AMCs. Can someone please help?

There won’t be any issues as such. You can cancell the mandate linked to the existing bank account and create a new mandate for your newly linked account.
Just make sure you do this once your SIP for the month is done or a week before SIP as it takes to delete and create a fresh mandate
