Margin calculator incorrect calculation on intraday

Why has Zerodha increased intraday trading margins for BO/CO/MIS citing added volatility?

I just checked and the margin calculator and Zerodha seems to have increased the margin for BO, CO and MIS order types. Can someone explain why? I know markets have been very volatile post budget, but how does it make any difference to Zerodha?
