Can anyone please explain this the CMP is 269.60 and the best highest bid is 269.90, the price should have gone to 269.90 right? Kindly advise i am lil confused with this.

Not necessarily. The depth just shows the price at which buyers want to buy and sellers are willing to sell.
The price is Last Trade Price. 269.6 was the price at which last trade took place. Now people are willing to buy for 269.9, but a trade has not taken place yet

Not really. If someone places a market order, it will get executed at the best Offer price which can be highet than 269.90. If someone cancels yhat bid order of 269.90, the next bid will be in the offing. So, cant generalise it.
