How can I calculate the exact maturity value of Bharat bonds? Specifically this EBBETF0425 .
I saw yields of 5.3-6% , but nowhere found mention of an exact value. Can someone pls advise?

The purpose of Bharat Bonds is to diversify your investments to Debentures of multiple PSUs to secure a good amount of return. This is relatively low risk investment plan but still there are risks.
You can arrive at the approximate maturity value by calculating the returns of portfolio allocations or you can get an estimate by looking at their factsheets.
