MF (Closed-ended) Transfer - Inter Depository

Hi,
I want to transfer my MF units from ICICIDirect to Zerodha (both accounts in my name).
The MF units are a mix of open/close-ended including ELSS.
How can it be achieved? Do I have to close my account for this to take effect?
