MF order payment through NEFT/RTGS

I have been using UPI payment for a long time and I chose NEFT/RTGS this time.

The ICCL account to which I have to transfer is at HDFC. My primary account linked to Zerodha is also HDFC.

Per my experience, it is not possible to transfer money using NEFT/RTGS for HDFC to HDFC.

How do we get around this?

Use eCMS option in HDFC Netbanking for alpha-numeric account number.
