MF Order Stuck - No Update Since T+3

I placed a mutual fund order (Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund) via UPI AutoPay mandate. The order was executed on 2nd February and the status changed to “Order Sent to AMC.”

However, it has now been T+3 days, and the status remains unchanged.

My concerns -

  1. As per standard timelines, MF orders should be completed within T+2 days. Why is this order still pending?
  2. There is no transparency on why the order is stuck or any status update explaining the delay.
  3. I have already raised a support ticket (ID: 20260204158298), but I haven’t received any response or update on this issue.

Hi @atanud, apologies for the delayed response here. I see this was resolved through support ticket. The delay happened due to a temporary sync issue with BSE Star MF after the new bank account was added.

You should be able to place orders normally going forward. If you face any issue, please let us know.
