What are your observations and thoughts regarding the small and midcaps both as sectoral returns and individually?

Hi, Does anyone know why NIFTY MIDCAP 150 only has data from Jan. 2019 on TradingView but on Zerodha Kite it shows chart from Apr. 2005 even when using TradingView chart on Kite?
Also, NIFTY MIDCAP 100 index was launched in 2005 with a base date of 2003 but Zerodha Kite shows chart from 2001. How is this possible?
