Migration from old pledge to the new pledge mechanism

Now got OTP but after entering still getting system error at the endā€¦AT the end what should it say?How will i know the pledge request is complete?

My case is also sameā€¦
I have entered OTP, then System Error. when I try back again, System says "
Margin pledge set up is not present for input PAN No."

CDSL page where OTP has to be entered is throwing error
(a) OTP isnā€™t getting delivered
(b) Post receiving OTP with a delay, and after keying in the OTP, page is throwing an error
('c) If you entered the OTP, authorised the pledge, got an error after which if you tried authorising, you got a message, ā€œNo margin pledge setupā€, that means your pledge may already be accepted. Zerodha will send an email later this evening around 8.30 - 9.00 to clients whose pledge is accepted. The ones who couldnā€™t, weā€™ll setup pledge again tomorrow morning.

These issues are beyond our control. We have reported both issues to CDSL. Their tech team is looking into it. You have time until 8:00 pm to approve the pledge, so please try authorizing after some time.

I was able to authorize my pledge transaction in my second attempt. I got text message from CDSl that ā€œpledge accepted for pledgee account xxxx for my shares xxxā€.

Received SMS from zerodha. But no email either from zerodha or CDSL.
Can I go directly to address https://www.cdslindia.com/MarginPledge/OTP.aspx and proceed?

Yes, if you had pledge under the old system, you can visit the link and authorize

Iā€™d been trying since 1:08 pm, and after multiple attempts, got through to the OTP. Gave a gap for around half hour, maybe that helped, or maybe the system isnā€™t under that much stress now. In the end, this was the message, so it appears to be done.
Easily my lifeā€™s greatest accomplishmentā€¦

Thanks for ZERODHA Team. I pledged all my pledge holding in new pledge system and confirmation mail received from CDSL.

@VenuMadhav good My shares and mutual funds unit are credited back to my demat account , but in console i cannot undestand , al mutual funds are showing no value , how can we check in console the shares are pledged are not , currently i cannot see any thing , today all showing discrepancy value

So it worked after 3 attempts.
First two attempts it failed with below message:

It worked for 3rd attempt:

Go back to to cdsl page and try entering your pan, now it shows no more pledge exist(so I am assuming this worked):

Checked back in console->holdings, no change. I assume it will take couple of days to reflect.

So suggestion, try every 30 mins till you get successful message.
Its a new system, so as any IT system it will fail few times initially.
