MON100 ETF vs Kotak NASDAQ 100 FoF?

I wanted to invest in Nadaq 100, which one should I choose MON100 ETF or Kotak NASDAQ 100 FoF?

Ideally I should pick MON100 because It has an expense ratio of 0.58% and high liquidity.
Kotak FOF has an expense ratio 0.31% but the fund in which Kotak invests has an expense ratio of 0.33% which makes the total expense ratio 0.65%.
Now seeing that there is hardly any difference in the expenses, I personally would go for the Kotak FOF simply because I can track the XIRR of all my Funds in one place.
