Hi Nithin,

It is said that tape reading is one of the fundamental techniques for traders.

But we do not have access to time and sales & the level 2 window. All we have is a small market depth window which shows the last five bid and ask prices.
So, can you please tell when we, like the traders in the western world, will have access to the Time and Sales as well as the level 2 window since it will enable us to make more informed decisions regarding our trading.

NSE’s real time data is provided in three levels (level 1, level 2,level 3 and tick by tick). Level 2 provides market depth data upto 5 best bid and ask prices and Level 3 provides market depth data upto 20 best bid and ask prices .The real time data feed is provided in TCP-IP format.

I was also looking for ways to get time and sales data. Did you have any luck on this

Hi Sandeep, we now have market depth data upto 20 best bid and ask prices in Zerodha Kite platform which is level 3 data.
