I was experiencing a bunch of errors when filing my ITR3 - I opened up a support request informing them of the errors ( [11477]) - they closed the ticket without actually fixing the errors.
I opened up a new support ticket again (11622) on Sunday with detailed description of the errors and they are still yet to respond.
This is after ripping me off of 1788 INR for the pointless subscription.
I am asking you (quicko) to refund my money and close my account. I am going to go ahead and manually file it or through the cleartax service, I have wasted enough time waiting for the ITR3 service to be enabled and now this nightmare.
