Motilal S&P 500 index fund ETF question

Hi all

Motilal S&P 500 index fund is now locked for new investments but the corresponding ETF is active.

While I understand that the AUM of the ETF does not change and that simple same number of units change hands daily.

But then the ETF and corresponding NAV correlation would have gone for a task completeley. How is this managed?

Yes, that is the case. Most foreign ETF are trading at significant premium to its iNAV.
