20 days ago I purchased units of a fund. I had a transaction on same fund on coin 3 years ago, but I moved those units to RTA form. now both transactions are showing up on coin so it’s messing up numbers like avg NAV, invested amount, P&L etc.
So I asked support to delete this old transaction from 3 years ago as those units doesn’t exist in my demat account. But instead they deleted 17 transactions from another fund, how this happens, even by mistake?
Now I’m asking them to fix that mistake and also fix original request. But support is very unsupportive! they are not fixing it and keep saying it will be fixed in next 24 to 48 hours. Feels like they are just replying with generic template without reading and understanding what I’m saying. Tried calling but received same generic reply.
Now they are saying they are fixing issue I’m facing when selling my units. What the hell? I’m not trying to sell anything. At this point I’m worried about my investments, that they will sell my mutual fund holdings without my permission. Need some help ASAP.
