Finoryx Capital – Trade Allocation & Profit Generation Model
(For traders, partners, or investors – detailed overview)
⸻
1. Business Structure:
• Business Type: Proprietary Trading Desk
• Operating Name: Finoryx Capital
• Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
• Office Setup: Fully functional physical workspace with 5 trader desks
⸻
2. Trader Team Setup
• Total Traders: 5
• Each trader has:
• Personal desk
• Dual-monitor trading setup
• High-speed internet
• Access to live market news via TV
• TradingView Pro license
• Traders work onsite under supervision for better discipline & collaboration.
⸻
3. Capital Allocation
• Each trader is allotted ₹1,00,000 capital
• Used strictly for intraday trading only
• Broker platforms used: Zerodha, Dhan, Angel One, etc.
• Capital is provided by the firm — no personal investment from trader
1. Capital Allocation Structure
Each trader working under Finoryx Capital is allocated ₹1,00,000 capital for intraday trading.
To ensure strategic trade execution, capital is not used entirely in one go — instead, it is allocated in smaller chunks per trade.
•
Per trade capital allowed: ₹25,000 (i.e. 25% of total capital)
• This allows traders to:
• Enter multiple trades per day
• Manage risk across setups
• Avoid putting the entire capital in1 move
2. Capital Usage Strategy
Here’s how a trader typically uses their capital across trades:
|Trade|Capital Used|Expected ROI|Expected Profit|
|
|Trade 1|25,000|3%|750|
|Trade 2|25,000|3%|750|
|Trade 3|25,000|3%|750|
|Trade 4|25,000|3%|750|
Total Expected Daily Profit: ₹3,000 (i.e. 3% return on total ₹1L capital)
This strategy allows traders to take 4 solid trades in a day, each with a target of ₹700–₹800 profit. The idea is not to chase every opportunity but to aim for small, high-probability moves.
4. Business Model Payout Structure
Once the trader generates profit using the capital provided, a profit-sharing model is applied:
|Component|Share|
|Trader|. 30% of net profit
|Finoryx Capital|. 70% of net profit
|Bonus|. +5% (for consistent high performers)
5. Example Calculation
If a trader makes ₹3,000 profit in a day:
• Trader gets: ₹900
• Finoryx Capital gets: ₹2,100
• On high-performing weeks, bonus can increase trader share to ₹1,050+
6. Key Benefits of This Model
•
Traders use limited capital per trade → Focused, clean entries
•
Profit target per trade is realistic (not greedy, not too small)
•
Multiple trades per day → More flexibility & learning curve
•
No unnecessary risk — just skill-based execution
•
Clear reward system → Motivates consistent performance
6. Recordkeeping & Reporting
-
Each trader maintains a printed A4-size trade journal
-
Journal includes:
- Date, time, instrument
- Capital used
- Entry/exit levels
- P&L
- Notes (why trade was taken)
