If you’re not following a proven strat that has long term edge, use Sensibull or any paper trading method to validate strats for 6 months (at least) before deploying live capital (small amount).

I made some profit but market take it back.
How to retain profit? Started with 15 k.
Cap the totel trades can be taken in a day. Make it like 2-3 well executed trades per day regardless of wins or losses.
You need two things to become successful
First is edge, you have to find or build good strategy, then test it for 40-80 well executed trades sample in a demo trading.
Second is consistency of process which will come from good mindset. This is the most difficult part, psychology on demo vs real money execution is totally different. You can show good results and consistency on large sample of demo trades which reveals you have edge, but real trading challanges your mindset. You need to consciously and consistently change your mindset to rewire it for the right decisions. winning trades are byproduct of the process if your focus on it.

After loss in april i started reading book, trading in the zone, the discipline trader etc but results are same. In may i trade only 2 days both are in loss.
Next i reduced trading days, trade only in high trending days. Imposed self control 20k in account, watching market, making plan without punching trade. Didn’t know what to do. In june trade only in one single day and thats profitable. I want to be successful here but need proper guidance, roadmap. Plz help.
Scalping options is not easy. 95-97% fail.

Last month i trades 9 days 4 loss, 5 profit. Net profit 4k+
Tomorrow new month starting i will try to remain net profitable with selective trading.
I just follow trend, don’t predict. Take position and wait for my sl. Only 1 lot. In my first month i just thought about profit, market give me loss. Now i just do opposite.
First two month i. e april and may total loss 16 thousand. Its fully recovered in first week of august.

I guess bull market has arrived. 
Max 3 trades per day. If first trade hit target i also hit kill switch button no 2nd thought. Maintaining physical trading journal.

Thanks a lot,you also help me for staying in the game. Taking less trade help me, someone suggest to activate kill switch after sl or tg limit for the day hit. Facing problem with position size, not disciplined enough to take proper lot. Yesterday i punch 2 lot order.
Decided to give a pause for the rest of the month, its not working. Need to work on my discipline. Psychology not tallying with market. Over trading comes when in a loss making day… Can easily book loss in a position but something from my inner psychology resist me not to end a day in loss. Need work on it.
