NACH DIVIDEND for VICEROY HOTELS LTD

I received an amount of 78 odd rupees on 19th Feb 2025 in my account with the above Description, but I cant find any Dividend Corporate Action done by Viceroy Hotels before that date. Can anyone tell me why I received this amount. I hold one DP at Stockholding Corporation where I hold Viceroy Shares. Is there a way to track details about this transaction in some portal, I accessed Stockholding portal, didnt find anything over there to track dividends.

Any help would be helpful

Hi @Apoorva , that 78 isn’t a dividend. It’s from the fractional share proceeds Viceroy Hotels sold after its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) allotment. The company sold all leftover fractions in Nov, 2024 and distributed cash in Feb 2025. You can match the exact amount in your CAS or the shareholder list on their Investor Relations site.
