When we shortsell at cash segment, we have to buy the stock or the broker will squareoff the position at the end of market hours… is there anyother scenario…
for instituton, cant they shortsell… any other exception…
It means you can sell in cash market only in intraday.
IN US stock markets, they allow short and carry forward just like how you long and carry forward… I don’t know why they don’t allow this feature in India…
Provided shorting has to be squared off at EOD, this is dangerous to my capital. I may use less than 1% of my total funds for this kind of trading and its for fun only.
