Name mismatch in Trading and Demat

If there is name mismatch in trading and demat account . Demat has proper name and as per itd database records example:
Trading account: SOMA RADHA KRISHNA RAMA KUMAR POLAVARAPU
Demat account: SRK RAMAKUMAR POLAVARAPU
PAN AND ITD DATABASE WEBSITE: SRK RAMAKUMAR POLAVARAPU
Will this be considered as minor name change and rectified through online re kyc process as it is a Abbrevation of full name

Note: Demat account has proper name only the trading account has full name so no CDSLinvolvement

I will ask the concerned person about details , i just want to know whther abbrevation of name comes under minor change and no gazzete required
