NASDAQ Mutual fund vs NASDAQ ETF

Motilal Oswal has a NASDAQ 100 FoF mutual fund that invests in its own NASDAQ 100 ETF (symbol MON100). According to their website the mutual fund has an expense ratio of 0.1% while the ETF has a 0.58% expense ratio !!!

Does that mean the mutual fund has a total expense ratio of 0.68% since it invests in the ETF?

AFAIK that is how FoF works, but on the webpage it says 0.10%, but in the SID it says, it could be much higher permitted by the regulations.
