Need assistance in getting high low range between candles

Hi,

I would like to create a strategy as below.

Candle timeframe:30 min

Exclude first candle of the day.

From 2nd candle of the day till 10 candle, get the high and low range.

After completing the 10 th candle, Buy only when price is greater than high of the range taken from the above conditions.

Target 2%
Sl 1%

Attached the sample screen shot for getting the high low price range.

Can you please help me in creating this strategy.
