Please code for below image for buy signal where 

1.trade set up is intraday

2.couple candle forms i.e, second candle trades above first candle

NOTE : is it possible to code to recognize this formation based on time? I ignore first 15 min candle of day. The alert should be generated only when the below formation is second 15 min of day and third 15 min candle of day.possible? please adivise how can I achieve this with simplicity for multi scripts? Please

Thank you, I got the idea and also Could you tell me how can I check for this pattern only between 9 15 to 9 45 AM i.e., second 15min candle and third 15min candle of the day.?

Looks like the above 2 EA scripts are worth trying.
Have been through the EA code section before , but the words soldiers, crows and stars makes this simple stratergy sound too complicated.
