I need to Create Chartink scanner on this scenario

In Example

Previous Day closing Price is Rs 300

Next day open price is 301 and it should Open=LOW

Open price = 301 and low also = 301

7 EMA cross 13 EMA ( Latest ) ( Daily)
One day before hourly 7 EMA cross 13 EMA
Two day before 30 Min 7 EMA cross 13 EMA
