I am using Zerodha since the inception probably 2012 if i not wrong. I also got an amc waiver due to this a few months back I remember. Over the years I have started using it as my primary wealth mgmt system but somethings needle me even today wrt to your UI.

In your COIN app , have you checked your Filters ever? why cannot you have filters by debt/equity too? It would be simpler for people investing both in equity/debt or multiple types.

I have my Family Investments via Zerodha, my wife’s and mother’s. Why cannot I see their portfolio’s in COIN terminal itself. Why every time I have to go to console, shouldn’t it be a simple drop-down ? in your mobile app it opens a new chrome tab? why? Is it so difficult to show in the app itself?

The KITE terminal, it is very good nodoubt. But you have made it for Traders not Investors. I find it too complex sometimes though I understand even F&O. My point is Long term investor’s do not need complex charts or complex Buy/Sell setup, keep it simple. The emphasis should be on things like charts over long periods, XIRR, Dividends etc. Your competitor’s are a good inspiration (sorry!).

The entire KITE-COIN thing is weird, login to this to go to that and all. Why not have a single UI for long term investor’s? showing Holdings clearly of stocks/MF’s/Bonds/FD etc (whatever comes in future) along with Family values. Integrate CONSOLE too!
There are more points…maybe I will come back later with more point’s in the below thread.
