Nifty 500 TRI historical data

Hi all,
I understand that Paragh Parikh Flexicap MF compares Nifty 500 TRI as a benchmark. I was trying to find the historical data of Nifty 500 TRI. I could not find that in niftyindices website (https://www.niftyindices.com/reports/historical-data).
i. how can I retrieve nifty 500 TRI historical data?
ii. should I have to just look at nifty 500 historical data instead?
