Why r u crying, stop investing in stocks, its completely useless.
If you make money also you will keep crying you sold early. The extra profit you will earn over FD cannot compensate the dent to mental health over cribbing and crying.
Keep to mutual funds + FDs.

every day booking 3 to5 k , but if its going upward means i can get good amount in option but not going
portfolio not bad , but index need to go up
