I wanted to know… Why can’t I sell the gilt etp which is pledge without unpledging it…

Like we can do with stocks , we can sell without unpledging those

We currently offer sale and instant unpledge of non-cash securities only. We are working on making cash equivalent securities available for instant unpledge and sale soon.
GILT ETFs are part of cash equivalent securities.

@Jason_Castelino : also had mentioned in one of the post almost year back regarding this instant selling of plegded cash component

I have given up hope.

Zerodha’s one week and bear market in Indian markets, both won’t come. :sweat_smile:

Waiting for it too. They did bring in some new stuff for coin recently including instant pledge otp, hopefully this will happen this year, lets c.

As long as they remain stable, i am ok waiting for stuff like this.
