What would happen to my “bees” if Nippon India defaults?
I have invested my total capital in Liquidbees, Niftybees, Goldbees & Silverbees equally and pledged it to do fno trading. Now, if Nippon India defaults or files for bankruptcy what will happen to my investment?
the bees would be safe in their nest controlled by the beekeeper sebi.
Bees would be there in the nest controlled by CDSl, but I’m asking whether the honey (i.e. my money) will be there or not
MFs are designed in a way that investors cannot lose money due to corporate failure of the AMC.
There is no money with Nippon in NIFTYBEES (other than operational expenses and to support withdrawals). it’s in demat account as shares of Nifty companies.
Unless a large scale corporate fraud happens at Nippon, risk is low
