Hello @nithin Sir,
How does your trading window look like? (ss would be amazing)
What are the indicators and screeners do you use, and why?
Your favorite trading tactic?
You really think he trade?
…
He used to trade, he started in 1997, he might not be doing now. But still.
I don’t trade anymore. It is tough to run a business and also trade. But Nikhil trades full time. This is how his screen looks like

I was planning to do a webinar with him on how he trades etc, hopefully, I will be able to do it soon.
Btw, this is from 7 years back.
@nithin this looks like that scene from the movie - Minority Report.
I have a question, does Nikhil also keep a track of what’s trending on Twitter, what are people searching on google in realtime, etc more such data points? Is there any correlation between social media trends and online buzz, and the stock market indices movement and individual stock prices?
We had done some research on this a while back. We ditched the idea after realizing that all the social media chatter was generally just noise - in India.
@nithin you must have read this. Still curious if there is some correlation in such an interconnected world.
@nithin I know for a fact that you guys are professionals and clean. I just want to ask one thing which was on the back of my mind for quite a while now.
Someone here asked a while ago that does Nikhil keep track of data points across Twitter, Google etc.,. and you quashed it as it’s just noise after researching.
My question now is why someone has to look around for data points elsewhere, when you have the biggest real time data dump on your backyard? I know its against the SEBI rules to share order flow of customers, but a brother taking a friendly look time and again cannot be just ruled out. You may choose not to answer this, if it’s too amateurish of a question
I had answered this and other conspiracy theories sometime back.
This is probably that one tweet among tens of thousands which would have made sense to act on. But again, the only people who could have acted on would have been active intraday traders.
Yes, you are right. Also, another funny incident that happened recently was when Elon Musk tweeted ‘use signal’ and the stock market traders got the wrong signal
Actually, it’s an ingrained human tendency to connect the dots to see a pattern in a world that’s random, to say the least. A friend of mine recommended me to read the book Fooled by Randomness which deals with this topic of human fallibility.
