No response on Ticket raised

Hi,

I have raised a ticket yesterday regarding buy price updation after face value change.

There has been no update, acknowledgement or status update. Just an automated mail of “we will get back in 24 hours” which by the way has been exceeded.

Is this normal behavior or special in my case?
