hi guys i m confused i had bought 2000 shares in bse of northgate com in 2012 after that i never checked this sahes and i forgot about it recently i recieved my pin holding statement in which it says i have spacenet enetrprises shares 500 buy it does not show on my demat portfolio i use icicidirect for trading can any one please give me some guidance as if do i have to edit it manually and other thing is its only listed in nse
The company’s name changed from ‘Northgate Com Tech Ltd’ to ‘Spacenet Enterprises India Ltd’ in 2015. Also, there was a Composite Scheme of Arrangement (demerger) and Amalgamation in 2012. You should request for SOT from your broker and corporate action details from the company’s RTA to verify everything.
