Not able to load Sensex index graph in kite

Hi All,

Just want to check if anyone else has the same problem,
I am not able to load Sensex index graph in Kite on desktop.

It keeps on loading it for long time and doesn’t load it.
The problem doesn’t seem to be with internet speed,
as it instantly loads all other graphs even the NIFYT 50 one.

Charts for BSE indices aren’t available in Kite yet, will be soon.

Hi @mods , posting it here without raising SR as i am not sure its only mine or everyones problem, but this seems a generic problem.

Kite keeps loading in portrait mode, changing to landscape mode immediately loads the chart. Sometimes the browsing wheel stays too.

Edit: already tried clearing app data, and relogin.

Works fine for me on ChartIQ as well as Trading View charts. Could you please create a ticket at support.zerodha.com with details of the issue? Our team will have this checked.

Thanks @ShubhS9 for your reply. I got a response from support team, and it seems correct. They said Something wrong only in mobile, try other device and in computer it works fine. What could be the solution?
